The rope is distinguished by a large breaking force, high strength, and low deformation coefficient under loads. It is used in hoisting mechanisms and hoisting-and-transport machines, on road machines, metallurgical cranes, for inclined lifting of loads in mines, as well as in elevators and other hoists for people, which move only with ropes of a man-made design. It is advisable to use a steel rope GOST 3077-80 with strong abrasive wear, increased loads, high ambient temperatures.
