LOAD-TECH LLC provides a passport or certificate indicating the warranty period for all products sold. During this period, our company bears warranty obligations and accepts claims for product quality. The warranty period is established in accordance with current standards and regulatory documents and ranges from 1 to 12 months, depending on the type of product.
The buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. Exchange or return of goods is carried out subject to the following conditions:
- No signs of use
- The integrity of the packaging is preserved
- The product is complete
- Markings and labels retained
The exchange or return of goods is carried out only after its acceptance by specialists of LOAD-TECH LLC at the company's warehouse. Upon completion of acceptance, the exchange of goods or refund of money is carried out within 5 working days.
Products made to order or cut to a custom length (e.g. slings, tie-down straps, chain hoists, towing straps and cables, lashing chains, crossbars, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
