KCD model is a kind of electric wire rope hoist which is used daily in mines, ports and mountains. The working environment temperature is -20℃~+40℃.

The winch has a single-line structure, that is, the motor, gearbox, brake system and drum are located in a straight line, which is easier to install and repair than the traditional winch.

It uses circulating gear rotation to improve efficiency, and the gearbox is more compact. The gears are made of 45 steel and precision machined to ensure durability.

The internal cone type electromechanical integrated brake device is adopted. While the motor is running, the brake will be automatically released. When the motor stops, the brake will be closed and perform the braking. The brake device is installed inside the equipment to avoid slippage caused by the penetration of sewage, sand, oil and other debris, so that the brake system can ensure reliable operation.
