Wire rope clip HDG G450

The reinforced rope clamp is used in hoisting operations. When lifting a load, the quality and reliability of each part is given special attention and the HDG G450 clamp just meets these requirements. The clamps are tested and accompanied by a certificate of quality. The designation of the clamp corresponds to the diameter of the clamped rope.

In cases where the steel clamp will not be involved directly in lifting operations, we recommend the use of a steel clamp DIN 741.

Assembly instructions:

• Bend a certain length of rope onto a thimble or to create a loop. The sequence of installation of the clamps and their positions are shown in Drawing B.5. Install the first clamp (1) at the end of the reverse section of the rope. The second clamp (2) is installed as close as possible to the thimble or the base of the loop.

• After installing all the clamps, select the slack in the rope and tighten the nuts on the brackets evenly with the recommended torque.
• Three or more clamps are placed evenly between the first two (3).

4 — length of the return end of the rope.
